Your business. Your own app.
Give customers or staff one clear place to get things done. We plan custom business apps around the tasks you need to simplify, from booking requests and customer accounts to job updates and internal tools.
Your next session.
Customers choose their service and appointment.
Concept preview · Sample data · No booking or payment is made.
You do not need a spec.
Describe what is slow, manual or missing. We work out what the app needs to do, agree the scope and a quote in writing, then design and build it.
Good for
Booking apps
Customers choose an available session and manage their booking.
Client portals
Customers access the documents, messages and project information that are relevant to them.
Business dashboards
Owners see useful operational information in one place.
Team tools
Staff complete checklists, tasks and handovers.
Scoped individually
What the app does, who uses it and what it connects to are agreed in writing.
Connected where scoped
Integrations with your other systems are included only where your scope says so.
What an app can look like.
Four concept examples with sample data. Pick one and try it.
Customers book at a time that suits them.
A booking app shows real availability, lets a customer choose a session and keeps the business’s own view of the day up to date. Try it: pick a day and a time on the phone.
- Available sessions shown clearly
- Customers confirm and manage their own booking
- The business sees each booking in its dashboard
One place for everything a customer needs.
A client portal gives each customer a private place for their bookings, documents and messages. Try it: switch between the three tabs on the phone.
- Documents available when the customer needs them
- Messages kept with the customer’s account
- Bookings and project information in one view
The numbers you actually use, in one view.
A dashboard pulls the information you check every day into one screen, so you stop opening five spreadsheets. Try it: change the filters on the dashboard and watch the figures update.
- Key figures and trends at a glance
- Filters for the period and service you care about
- Built from the data sources agreed in the scope
Checklists and handovers that get finished.
A team tool puts opening checklists, tasks and shift handovers on every phone, with progress the manager can see. Try it: tick off the tasks on the phone.
- Staff complete tasks on a phone
- Progress visible to the manager
- Handover notes kept with the checklist

Three ways to deliver an app.
We agree which one fits your job when we scope it.
Browser-based app
Opens in a web browser on a phone or computer. Nothing to download.
Installable web app
A web app people can add to their home screen so it opens like an app.
Native mobile app
Built for iPhone and Android, with Apple App Store and Google Play submission included subject to store approval. You own the developer accounts; account fees and management costs are confirmed in your quote.
From first conversation to live.
Four steps, and you are never left guessing what comes next.
- 1
Tell us the problem
Who will use the app and what should be easier once it exists?
- 2
Agree scope and quote
A written scope: what it does, who uses it and what it connects to.
- 3
We design and build
You see designs and progress before anything launches.
- 4
Launch and ongoing management
We launch the app and provide the maintenance, updates and support agreed in your plan.
What does it cost?

Quick answers.
No. They are concept examples with sample data, built to show the kinds of apps we can make.
Native iPhone and Android apps include Apple App Store and Google Play submission, subject to store approval. You own the developer accounts, and account fees and management costs are confirmed in your quote. Web apps do not require store listings.
No. Payments, integrations and user limits are agreed project by project.
Booking apps, client portals, dashboards and team tools are common examples. If you have something different in mind, tell us.
Tell us what you want to build.
Describe the project in a few lines. We reply with suggested next steps.
Start with the job the app needs to do
Who will use it? What do they need to complete? Where does the current process break down? Those answers shape the screens, permissions and connections. A useful first version should focus on the main workflow.
Choose the right format
A browser-based app, installable web app or native mobile app can suit different needs. We agree the format in your scope. App-store publication, payments, notifications and external integrations are included only when specified.
Plan the work after launch
Your plan should cover hosting, user access, backups, support and ownership or handover. We’ll also define how changes are requested and what testing is needed before new features go live. If existing software can do the job well, it belongs in the comparison.
Questions before you start
Do I need an iPhone and Android app?
Not always. A web app may cover the workflow. Native mobile apps should be chosen when their features or distribution fit your users’ needs.
Can an app connect to my current software?
We assess the available APIs, permissions and platform limits before confirming an integration.
How much does a custom business app cost?
The cost depends on features, user roles, integrations and ongoing support. We define the scope before quoting.
