Terms and Conditions

Managed Website Services

These terms describe our managed website service. Your written proposal identifies the website, locations, pages, integrations, total price, GST treatment and billing dates. We request payment only after you accept the completed proposal. An enquiry or demo does not start a paid subscription.

• Scope and changes. The standard initial build is included in the agreed monthly scope, with two consolidated design revision rounds before launch. Additional locations, separate websites, ecommerce, custom bookings, stock systems, migrations and other integrations are scoped in writing. Domain and third-party charges are listed separately. Extra work requires an agreed variation before it begins.
• Monthly service. There is no fixed minimum term. The base service includes hosting, routine maintenance and two small content updates per billing month, up to 30 minutes each. Each agreed extra location adds one 30-minute update. Unused allowance does not roll over. Correcting our own defects does not use your content-update allowance.
• Billing and cancellation. The accepted proposal states the exact recurring total and first charge date. Email yung@yungsenterprises.com to cancel at any time. We stop future renewals once the request is received, confirm the service end date and continue service through the paid period unless another date is agreed. We reconcile any charge processed after the cancellation request. No unquoted setup or exit fee applies. Changes to an accepted price require advance notice and an agreed change.
• Content and access. You retain ownership of your domain and content you supply. Please provide accurate, approved copy and images you have permission to use. Domains are held in the client's account. Use provider invitations for access; do not send passwords or payment-card details by email.
• Website use and transfer. The service includes use of the agreed hosted website while hosting is paid. Reusable templates, tooling and third-party components remain subject to their existing rights and licences. Before service ends, we provide your supplied content/assets and available data exports and coordinate any supported platform transfer. The proposal explains actual export and transfer limits; portable source code or a rebuild elsewhere is included only if expressly stated. Migration work is quoted separately. We do not retain control of your domain to prevent a transfer.
• Delivery and approval. Work depends on the agreed prerequisites, including accepted scope, required payment, content and access. We confirm draft dates after reviewing these items. You review and approve the final website before launch. Booking availability, stock and payment integrations use the agreed provider as the source of truth. We do not guarantee rankings, lead volume or revenue.
• Support and service end. Send requests to yung@yungsenterprises.com. Routine support is reviewed Monday to Friday in Melbourne business hours, with a target acknowledgement within one business day. We confirm completion timing after assessing the request. We do not promise 24/7 human support or guaranteed uptime. A failed payment does not automatically delete your website or data. Hosting ends on the confirmed service end date after transition and export options have been communicated.
• Consumer rights. We address defects, service failures, cancellations and any applicable refund or compensation rights. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. There is no blanket no-refunds policy.

The platform software trial and subscription terms below do not automatically apply to a managed website proposal. Your accepted proposal and this managed-service section govern the scope, charges and deliverables of that service, subject to applicable law.
